🔴 On a honest note; In the starting of my transformation journey after wrist injury feel demotivated and low. But as the time passes slowly and steadily gt the momentum.
🔴 Now my body also start responding so well on current workout regime.
🔴Able to put on some quality lean muscle mass and reduce body fat at the same time. In short, more than experience of decade on this field helps me a lot in this body recomposition phase.
🔴 Right now hitting gym two times a day 2 hour in the morning and 1+ hour in the evening.
🔴 Cardio is still need to be added for conditioning.May be from this upcoming week.
🎯 Current goal is to build a balance physique of Muscular strength,function and aesthetic💫
