Strategy for Pacing – Always listen to your body and mind, and it will help increasing the pace and give endurance, this thought, made me a sub 2 half marathon runner and now timings are getting better and better in each run.
“ Start of the day with running is like, Giving time to yourself and Preparing yourself to face all day activities with full of energy and positive vibes.
For last two years, I started running for Half Marathons and found a new “ME”, who is more active and energetic than before.
