nized by the ministry of sports GOVT.of INDIA .this sports comes in India in 1978 and this federation is recognized in 1982 by India govt. The main feature of taekwondo list that it is a free fighting combat sports using bare hands and feet to repel an opponent. The training of taekwondo here by solemnly affirm and declare as under: - Teaches to develop the power of hands and feet along with the fitness of entire parts of the body for defusing oneself in a scientific and logical way. The practice of TAEKWONDO is divided into seven parts of training as follows:
a) warm up , B) body free exercise, C) Taekwondo fundamentals , D) Sparring, E) body conditioning , F) cooling down, G) meditation etc. Taekwondo trained personals are self-confident, good discipline. Such mental and physical self-confidence are beneficial to the mental life on individuals well as to their families’ neighbors and their nation.
