🚨 *ANNOUNCEMENT* 🚨
*To Whom It May Concern*
This is to formally notify all concerned that Paikpara Pitch Burners Welfare Association (hereinafter referred to as “PPBWA”) and popularly known as *Pitch Burners*, a welfare association constituted for organising and conducting sporting activities, lawful community and social purposes and administered through its duly appointed Executive Committee, has *terminated* the membership and association of one of the member and, now, Former Secretary of the Association - *Mr. Anindya Panda* with immediate effect.
*Mr. Panda is no longer a member of, nor associated in any manner whatsoever, with PPBWA.*
Consequent upon such termination, Mr. Panda has been relieved of all offices, functions, responsibilities, and authorities previously entrusted to him by PPBWA. He is not authorized to represent, act for, or bind PPBWA, nor to make any statement, assurance, representation, commitment, or transaction—whether financial, contractual, administrative, or otherwise—on behalf of PPBWA under any circumstances. Any act or representation made by him purporting to involve or obligate PPBWA shall be deemed unauthorized, void, and non-binding upon the Association.
In view of the foregoing, all individuals, entities, institutions, and authorities are hereby cautioned to exercise due diligence and are advised not to engage with Mr. Panda in any capacity that may be construed as involving PPBWA, nor to act upon any representation made by him purporting to concern or bind the Association.
This communication is issued without prejudice to the rights, claims, and remedies of PPBWA, all of which are expressly reserved.
