- Stopped light/high-rep endless sets → switched to heavy progressive overload
- Stopped training chest 1×/week → increased to 2×/week with good volume
- Stopped barbell-only bench → switched to dumbbells/cables/machines
- Stopped ego-lifting without connection → focused on stretch + controlled reps
- Stopped ignoring upper chest → added incline work for fuller look .
