Yin Yang 🌗✨

There’s a rhythm to everything — effort and ease, movement and stillness, the reaching and the letting go. Our Yin Yang Retreat is built around that same rhythm: two daily yoga classes that move between energising Yang flow and deep, meditative Yin, so your body finds strength and your mind finds quiet, side by side.

Six days at Lumŭma in Varkala, Kerala — waking up to birdsong, moving through sun salutations under an open-air shala, and ending the day in stillness. Ayurvedic treatments to restore. Homemade vegan meals made with what’s fresh that morning. A cottage crafted from natural clay to come home to. A pool and garden to simply be in.
