This is a very special post for me💖
I got covid in 2021 where I had to take alot of antibiotics which affected not just my immunity but also my skin.
After the whole medication process was over I focussed only on buildig my immunity and taking my nutrition daily.
I believe body has the power to heal provided you give it the right energy and nutrition. Taking herbalife shakes daily,following healthy lifestyle and along with my skin booster which provided me with vitamin C my skin began to heal.
Ofcourse its not a medicine or doesnt cure any skin disease but provides body with essential vitamins and minerals. Sirish and me started our fitness journey when we were looking for weightloss. Over the years we understood more than the weightloss we had lot more important goals which were undiscovered.

We train so we can be travel all across countries.
We train so we can be look young even when we reach our 60s
We train so we can spend less on illness and most on our passion
