Along with the various techniques/postures for physical strength, we also focus on practices like pranayama,

gratitude, affirmations, one-mindedness, awareness, cyclic meditation, and deep relaxation in every session to calm the monkey mind. A relaxed mind will result in more concentration, focus, and clarity, less stress, and a healthy body.
