Last circle,we explored the two forces that live within every woman.
Yin and Yang. Fear and Courage. Sadness and Joy.

Every emotion has a partner.
When both are welcome something new becomes possible.

What the women took home:

The knowing that every emotion carries a positive intention
A practice which helped particpants reflect on the two complimentary emotions and thier positive intention with personal anchor to return to daily
The understanding that wholeness lives in holding both

To every woman who showed up thank you.
You turned inward. In honest company.
That takes courage.
