⭕️ Tenkasi Cyclists “March Duo Challenge” select any one Challenge category & Challenge has to be completed within March month -

1) Run - 100 km
Or
2) Cycle - 400 Km
Or
3) Run 100km & Cycle400km

This challenge is to break the self barrier - A challenge that will Challenge your fitness level 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

⭕️ You can accept any one challenge category ! You will be awarded with finisher medals 🏅 based on completion of your challenge.

We congratulate all Tenkasi Cyclists DDC finishers 👍

* Tenkasi cyclists challenge finishers were awarded medals By chief Guest veteran Lt Col Selvanayagam Samsu today morning .tenkasi premises.

* Event Started at 7:00 am With finisher ride of 15 km from Kkvalasai~Ilanji~Tenkasi ~Return to Tenkasi.

* Then even was followed by Short briefing on Warm up, cadence ride, stretches to be done post ride & simple bike clean/ maintenance by core team of Tenkasi cyclists .nash___

⭕️ Tenkasi Cyclists “February Endurance challenge” select any one Challenge category - 300 km, 500 km, 750 Km & 1000 km for the February month - This challenge is for all aspiring cyclists around Tenkasi - A challenge that will Challenge your Endurance level 🚴‍♂️

⭕️ There is a twist in challenge - you can accept any one challenge category only from 300km, 500km, 750km or 1000 km- You will be awarded with finisher medals 🏅 based on completion of your challenge distance only. For Example- if you accept 750 km challenge and finish 500 km you will not be eligible for finisher medal. Idea is to make yourself more focused, dedicated and organised to achieve your goal ✅.

We congratulate all Tenkasi Cyclists DDC finishers 👍

Consistency is the key to success 👍 now we have more than 20 consistent cyclists in Tenkasi ✌️

You all are inspiration for all aspiring Tenkasi cyclists.

Stay positive, keep peddling, stay active & stay healthy 😊

We will soon announce the Medal 🏅 distribution date and venue ✅

We would like to congratulate all the participants who registered and tried there best to finish the challenge. Yes, if it doesn’t challenge you it will not change you !

All participants can share your good experience had through the challenge start till end day, just to celebrate the dedication you’ve shown on the way to this achievement. You all have earned the finisher medal 🏅
