Joined dtf in February now I can see changes in my body. Feeling more energetic, healthy and fit. My trainer Jyoti Mam doing a really super commendable job. She motivates every time whenever I feel low guides everytime whether it's regarding diet or workout. She customized everything for me as I have lower back problem and in starting I was scared and thinking to join or not but when I talked to her she told everything in a positive manner i decided to join and she customized diet workout both for me and and she do keep an eye on everything whether it's working or not for the person. Diet is aamazing and not tough to follow. Workouts are super energetic and I enjoy a lot during the workout and now it became a habit of going dtf daily. Lost 8kgs and many more to loose 💪💪. All thanks to Jyoti Mam 🧡💪.
