J&K girl in National Boxing final

Bareena of Srinagar today entered the final of the ongoing 6th Junior Boys and Girls National Boxing Championship at Rohtak in Haryana.

She defeated A Shirindhi of Tamil Nadu in the semifinals. Now, Bareena shall take on the SSCB boxer in the final tomorrow for the gold.

Contesting in 66-70 kg weight category, this boxer from Kashmir has already won Bronze medal for J&K in the Sub Junior National Boxing Championship in 2022.
