History of Kung Fu
India is a motherland of kungfu an Indian tradition regards Bodhidharma to be the third son of a Pallava king from Kanchipuram South India, Every Indian should remember Kungfu in India, kungfu means kung – man and fu – energy, Budhiswar used to travel to different countries to propagate Indian Buddhism in different countries there were many jungles on the road and there were attacks by days the technique they used to save themselves from this attack was called Kungfu. Existence of Martial arts in India for over 3000 years can be proved by the mention of martial arts in the Vedas. According to ancient folklore, Lord Vishnu's disciple Parasurama who was an avatar of Lord Vishnu is believed to be the founder of martial arts in India. to use the term “kung fu” sometimes refers to the general collection of Chinese martial arts. This article examines the history of Shaolin kungfu itself.
The history of kung fu has its earliest precursors in India during the first millennium, though the majority of its development took place nearly exclusively in medieval China. Although some Chinese martial arts do predate kung fu, as discussed below, the majority of extant sources agree that kung fu itself developed out of an Indian martial art based in Buddhist philosophies. The development of kung fu over the ensuing centuries in various parts of China led to many branches of the discipline – so many that the term “kung fu” has come to refer to nearly any Chinese martial art. It has historically been one of the most pervasive martial arts, even playing a central role in the development of karate.
This article covers, in order, the precursors to Shoaling kung fu in India, its earliest masters (apocryphal or otherwise), its beginnings and development at the first Shoaling monastery, and its spread from there since the middle Ages.

The International Kungfu Council (IKC) is generally used as the name for an organization that works to promote and develop Kung Fu, Wushu, and related martial arts at an international level.
Its functions typically include:

Affiliation & Networking – Connecting martial arts schools, masters, and associations from different countries.

Certification – Providing rank, instructor, and black belt certifications recognized internationally.

Seminars & Championships – Organizing global-level Kung Fu / Wushu events, both in taolu (forms) and sanda (sparring).

Standardization – Setting training and judging standards for traditional Kung Fu and modern Wushu competitions.

Cultural Exchange – Encouraging the sharing of martial arts knowledge between countries.

In India, such an organization would often:

Collaborate with state-level Kung Fu associations.

Approve national and international tournaments.

Host seminars with grandmasters from China and other nations.

Priyanshu’s note: If you’re asking because of Papun Paul, it’s possible that IKC here refers to the body he’s connected with to organize events, give certifications, and expand Kung Fu’s reach in India.

Do you want me to make a proper brochure-style description of International Kungfu Council for use in events or posters? That would make it look official and impressive.
