What if, all we had to do to change our experiences was simply allow ourselves to feel what we feel….???
….
Coz actually if you see the fact of the matter is that, life gives us experiences that pushes us to feel what we truly feel about ourselves that route from the limiting beliefs we could have about ourselves..but what do we end up doing…?
….
We end up distracting ourselves by focusing on other unimportant stuff like our jobs, music, meeting people etc.
We feel it’s the right way of handling our discomfort, whereas it’s not.
….
Reminder…!!
We are not “Human Doings”
We are “Human Beings”
“BEINGS”
That means we need to allow ourselves and BE in the moment.
….
We need to allow ourselves to feel what we are feeling to the fullest. Let it take its due course & then observe how the severity of it dissipates on its own.

Every situation comes into our life to make us stronger. It shows us where we yet need to heal, step up & grow.
Distractions do not help here.
The more you distract yourself…the more you will see, same patterns recurring till you don’t allow it to teach you what it needs to.
That’s the way you actually heal….!!

All the experiences you have in your 3D world are the exact replica of the scenes that have already played in your mind at some point or the other.

How you may ask…???
Every human being in this world has over 70 thousand thoughts in a day and 99.99% these thoughts keep playing at an unconscious level.
Meaning, we don’t even realize what all have we thought about at a subconscious level and at what magnitude.
….
That is why it is crucial to make your mind your best friend.
….
Because, once we understand how to live more consciously, we tend to become much more aware of every single thought that crosses our mind and are then able to understand which of these thoughts serve us and which don’t. ...
Once we are able to identify this, then it becomes easier for us to slowly and steadily w**d out all the useless thoughts which tend to become our feelings that then manifest in our 3D….becoming our beliefs.
And here we create a pattern for ourselves.
Plus we get stuck in this patterns loop.

To avoid this whole cycle….the best thing one can do is learn the various tactics or procedures of living more consciously by making your mind your friend.

Gentle Reminder - This gets extremely exhausting but yes when you are surrounded with a group of like minded people…it gets easier after which it becomes a habit and then you’re sorted for life.

Notice, when you start feeling low, angry, frustrated or too happy, depending upon the situation or people around you.
This clearly shows that, you have no control over the way you think, behave or feel,and any external reason could influence you negatively or positively.

Like for example:

You get extremely affected by the criticism you receive from your loved ones.
OR
You trying to please people around you, so that they like you.

This whole process, after a certain point in time, will make you feel mentally drained and exhausted.

- Live your Life according to your values.
- Knowing your Self Worth and not letting people’s opinion define it.
- Forgiving and moving forward in life.
