Course Name: Debt Recovery Agent
Description: The Debt Recovery Agents should understand the regulations governing their work as DRAs, their duties and responsibilities as well as their rights, soft-skills and strategies needed for collections, the reporting and monitoring process and the importance of non harassing & polite recovery
Eligibility: 12th standard pass
Duration: 100 hours delivered over 10 days
