After 40, your body doesn’t respond to stress the same way it did at 25.

More HIIT.
More restriction.
More “no days off.”

That constant push can elevate cortisol — and when cortisol stays high, fat loss gets harder (especially around the midsection).

If you’re exhausted, inflamed, not recovering, and still not seeing results… it’s not a willpower problem.

It’s a stress problem.

Muscle is built in recovery.
Hormones balance with sleep.
Fat loss happens when your body feels safe — not attacked.

Train with intention.
Lift heavy enough.
Walk more.
Sleep deeper.
Eat enough protein.
Recover without guilt.
