Sam Sulek Breaks Down His High-Intensity Forearm Finisher
After constant questions from lifters everywhere about his forearm development, Sam Sulek headed straight to the gym to detail his heavy forearm routine.
Here is the exact setup and routine he outlined:
* Reverse Wrist Curls: Using a 20-pound dumbbell, resting the forearms flat with wrists positioned over the edge, pushing all the way to complete failure across 6 grueling sets
* Heavy Wrist Curls: Jumping straight up to an 80-pound dumbbell for 5 heavy sets targeting maximum forearm thickness
* Cable Wrist Curls: Finishing with lighter resistance on the cables for 3 sets, slowing down the tempo to prioritize a deep peak contraction until complete muscle exhaustion
Save this routine for your next arm day if you want to push forearm growth beyond standard compound lifts.
