One who has very little on his plate does not know why to blame too much. Proteins, fats.. How much are there in the plate? There is a spoonful of ghee on that bran, but still ghee is bad. Or lightly buttered bread, still butter is bad, but no one says anything to the bread…or another egg is eaten, still bad egg, because it raises cholesterol. 😅

Oh someone talk about those “chapatas” while taking them back to back..!
