After weeks of preparation, planning, calls, coordination and a million little details, LeaderFest arrived in a blur of moments.

I walked into NEXT School with anxiety, nervousness and worse bout of flu. And somehow, the day unfolded into one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve had in a long time.

First, to my incredible partners Luckee Surana🔵 Shweta — thank you. For your partnership, expertise and hard work towards this crazy vision. And especially towards launching the dream executive program by Enark Uplift Teacher Training for education leaders.

swati Popat Vats and Early Childhood Association for always being the true leader and impacting the entire early years educator community. And our panel - truly authentic and witty. Ms Fatema Agarkar ensured there were no diplomatic answers — just candid conversations and secrets being spilled! Thank you Dr. Reshma Shaikh Tasneem Dohadwalla Ambuj Jhunjhunwala Soma Chatterjee for matching her energy and bringing such refreshing honesty.

To all our speakers and mentors — thank you for saying YES, trusting us and showing up with your A-game. What touched me most was that you didn’t just talk about leadership, you demonstrated it. The Leadership Labs were powerful, practical and transformational. Thank you Dr Brijesh Karia Devidutta Kanungo Siddharth Rajgarhia Gargee Mitra Neelu Kalro Nikita Kothari Muthu Kumar. R

To every participant who travelled from near and far and gave us their day, thank you. Seeing your reactions and hearing your feedback made every bit of the effort worthwhile. To the volunteers and team Elizabeth. And to Dolo - for ensuring I could stand and give my speech even in that shape ☺️

Grateful, proud, exhausted and incredibly excited for what comes next.

Ever wondered why you see me teaching children, training educators, and talking about leadership?

It's because I wear many hats.

I've been fortunate to learn from two worlds—early childhood education and leadership development. And I've realised they have more in common than we think.

I'm excited to bring these worlds together at LeaderFest - a day created exclusively for school founders, principals, coordinators and aspiring leaders to learn, connect and grow.

Enark Uplift Teacher Training

Hope to see you there. 💛

Running doesn't mean they're not paying attention. Sometimes, it's exactly how they're learning.

At Tiny Tribes, we don't ask children to stop being children. We create a safe space where they can run, laugh, play, and discover—because movement isn't a distraction from learning, it's how learning happens.

So if your little one is running... they're learning too. 🌈✨

When VIBGYOR Kharghar wanted to take their 7th graders to a theatre for the field trip but couldn't find anything that was suitable for their kids - they reached out to us. And Team Tiny Tribes curated this special play for them. A modern adaptation of The Gift of Magi. We spoke about sacrifice and pros and cons of it and what it means in today's world. The children were fantastic and engaged. And we had a 'field day'

Call us to curate such meaningful experiences for your students. We love to bring Theatre in Education 🎭

17 years ago when my son was born and I became a mother I had to unlearn many things and relearn many more. I learned about boundaries and the power of saying “No.” I learned to trust my body and my mind.

In the process of keeping my children safe, I found a safe space within myself.

I finally understood the meaning of the phrase, “I will fight the world for you.”
And I understood nurturing in its truest form.

While taking care of them, I also began nurturing my inner child. The child who wanted to sing, dance, play, and express herself freely.
Who was I before the world told me who to be?

My children helped me rediscover that person.

And somewhere along the way, I became an educator, trainer, and speaker. I started Tiny Tribes because I wanted to build my own village — a space of connection, growth, and belonging.

It’s true when I say I was raised by my children too. And as they grow, I continue growing alongside them.

Being a mother is not just a role I play.
It is how I show up in every area of my life.

This video was taken at an early morning trek we did where my kids walked way ahead of me and I trudged along but they also stopped multiple times to check on me. Made me realise how the roles have reversed.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mothers everywhere. ❤️

Is play only for children? Can we have a safe space where children and their adults can play freely?
We just did ✨🤗
This is exactly why Tiny Tribes was started 15 years ago. Music, Drama, Play is not extra curricular it is the very foundation of learning. We would love to bring this to your school, preschool, play setting. Call us or leave us a message here.

A few months ago, I had the joy of spending time in the Welsh countryside with Sarah and Rachel founders of

Even though we have known each other since 2023, we met for the first time in-person at the train station where they picked me up from. I had an injured ankle, and Sarah patiently helped me navigate and drove me home. It didn’t feel like meeting a business partner. It felt like being welcomed by friends.

They opened their home so generously — full of books, music, animals, laughter, and wonderful food. Being there helped me understand why Pyjama Drama works so beautifully with children. The warmth, creativity and playfulness of the work clearly comes from the people behind it.

People often say work shouldn’t be personal, that you shouldn’t mix work and friendship. But I don’t know any other way. Almost my entire career has been spent working with women founders or in women-led teams. Today I lead a team of 7 incredible women (many of them moms), and that spirit is exactly why my company is called Tiny Tribes.

Because that’s what I’ve always been looking for — and building.

We even got some work done between long conversations and cups of tea :)

I can’t wait to host Sarah and Rachel in India soon — visiting schools, working with teachers, and introducing them to the beautiful chaos of India’s sounds, colours and stories.

Music is universal. Art is expression. Childhood is magic 🎶🌈
We’re beyond excited to introduce Laulau Songdrawing to India with Tiny Tribes.
A beautiful methodology from Finland that lets children think, feel and express through music and drawing 💛
