Now as per that formula, you just make sure you eat as per your daily require calorie and burn equal to that, and you maintain. Now reduce calorie even by 100 calorie and you will start to see changes! It shouldn't be that hard unless you have a hormonal imbalance, that's when the things get tricky! But planning diet and workout can be a pain, you just need guidance with that part. If that is taken care of and you put in work everyday and willing to eat food accordingly then you will absolutely see amazing results!
