Say no to mega project!
We the Residents of Ratwaddo, Navelim approached the Honourable MLA of Navelim, Ulhas Tuenkar, with our grievances and made him aware of the mega project proposed by Ajay Konalkar at Ratwaddo, Survey No. 90/3-B. We highlighted the violations carried out by the Panchayat and explained the impact that the residents of Ratwaddo will face due to this project. The MLA assured us that he stands with the people of Ratwaddo.

Today, 23/04/2026 a Joint Site Inspection was conducted by the TCP Department along with Village Panchayat of Navelim, and the residents of Ratwaddo, Navelim at Survey No. 90/3-B, Ratwaddo. The inspection was held in response to objections raised by local residents regarding the permission/licence granted for the proposed mega project of builder Ajay Kanolkar. Residents alleged that the approval was issued in violation of applicable laws, rules, regulations, and planning norms.

Today 13/04/26 Residents of entire Ratwaddo and Navelim demand that the Village Panchayat of Navelim revoke the license issued to builder Ajay for the mega project at Survey No. 90/3-B, Ratwaddo.

This demand comes after several violations and failure of the Panchayat and its Secretary to follow the rules under the Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.
Residents urge immediate action, transparency, and accountability. Also not to fool the people of Navelim.

Paulo Escobar and the land rats playing marigold round and the Secratary is running away.

The Panch of Ratwaddo stays silent during the Panchayat meetings and does not raise any objections or points. However, after the meeting ends, she starts arguing with the people of Ratwaddo who elected her. She only dances with the tunes of Paulo Escobar.
