I didn’t have commitment issues.
I just didn’t have a system.
When life gets busy, motivation fades and excitement drops.
And that’s exactly why most people quit after 2-3 weeks.

-But if you have a foolproof system:
6 workouts in the first month. Then 7. Then from 3 months onwards 8.
-It eliminates the overwhelming feeling that you associate with working out.
Small structure. Big shift.

80 queued for the escalator.
10 took the stairs.

And guess what?
The ones taking the stairs were already fit.

The problem isn’t that people are obese.
The problem is we choose convenience, 20 to 30 times a day.

Lift.
Escalator.
Food delivery.
Car for 500 meters.

Obesity doesn’t happen in a year.
It’s built through micro-decisions repeated for a decade.

I’m not saying never use the escalator.
Some people genuinely need it.

But next time you have the option, ask yourself:

Are you unable…
or just unwilling?

You don’t get the body you wish for.
You get the body your habits build.

Your stomach is like politicians, it doesn’t have morals, also it doesn’t care if food is healthy.
It cares how much.

Healthy food in surplus = weight gain.
Junk food in deficit = weight loss.

Stop falling for half-truths.
