What is reality, the truth and different perspectives in the mind.
This is a very good visual aid to understand.

Our beliefs, train our minds to think in a certain way, to see things in a certain way, to choose what to remember and include in our memory, the gist of what happened. Thats is why the same incident can be remembered in different ways, by different people. The same reality can be viewed by different people in different perspectives. None is incorrect - they just might be incomplete.

Emotions!

Do you know our emotions are a feedback mechanism - helping us understand and be aware of ourselves and the surroundings? 😇

Sometimes though, we categorise some emotions / feelings as bad.😔
Like,
Love is good, jealousy is bad!
Happiness is good, sadness is bad!

Though can feeling jealous or sad or angry, etc. ever be bad?
Its a feeling, thats all - we experience it, when it arises within us.☺️

So, all emotions are good. 👍🏻
All we need to do is, be aware - accept it, acknowledge it, feel it, learn from it and let it pass...

Remember every experience is teaching us something, trying to make us a better person - when we are willing to learn from it.

Have your ever
1. dreaded something or been extremely nervous and anxious about something
and
2. after the situation has been dealt with or experienced
you later realise that it was so helpful - the experience had lessons and insights which could only be gained by going through it. 😇

I was discussing this with someone the other day.
Our childhood years are the most impressionable years of our life.
Based on those experiences we build our beliefs and thoughts, which reside in our subconscious. This subconscious is responsible for our actions and behaviour, which happen by default, when we are not thinking.
Be mindful and reflect on them. Be aware.

Peeking within might seem scary or overwhelming initially.
If it does, know that its normal and okay.

Success! Something we are all aiming for 😊
Though, interestingly, what success means for each of us can be so different, at different points in time.
Its can be one or many of fame, money, assets, power, influence, recognition, respect, comfort, convenience, love, family, bonding in relationships, self-awareness, spiritual growth, contribution to larger good, etc.

According to me Success is when you are truly joyful doing whatever it is you are doing in life, without any ill-feelings for anyone and content with yourself that you did and are doing the best you can! 😇

When this joy and contentment is present, your success will inherently inspire others! 😊👍🏻

Letting Go!

The most important quality we can cultivate as humans is ACCEPTANCE - accepting ourselves and each other, as we are now.😇
Encouraging, Inspiring and Nourishing each other to grow into better higher versions, while accepting the present version.😊

This necessitates to LET GO - let go of the past, let go of mistakes (our own and of others), let go of the hurt and pain we felt due to our own expectations of how the situation should have been, LET GO OF OUR EXPECTATIONS OF HOW EVERYTHING IN LIFE SHOULD BE.

It helps to remember that "Everything happens for the best" and "We always have a choice".

When we look back at our lives, we realise, every adversity has always helped us grow into better versions of ourselves.
Also, at any given point in our life, we were the ones to make the final decisions - even the choice of going along with someone else's decision or of staying quiet or of thinking that we didnt have a choice! It was our choice, it always is 😇

So, resolve to Reflect at your choices, to see the good in everything, to have faith that only good will happen to you and to let go of the past unpleasantness, to make space for JOY and SUCCESS in your life.
