When you continue to believe in what you do—even when the results take years✔️
You build something.📚
There was no perfect roadmap.🛣️
No guarantee of success.🙎
Just belief, hard work, failures, lessons, discipline—and the courage to keep moving forward.👉

The Day You Are Born, Ageing Starts, Kettlebells | Ageing | Injury Prevention & More 📍

Check Caption & Video Till the very End⬇️

One message I strongly believe in is this:

Fitness begins where you spend the maximum time every day—your home 🏡
The reality is that our ageing process begins the day we are born. The earlier we develop healthy movement habits, the better our quality of life, longevity, and independence.✔️
Unfortunately, many of us grow up without proper fitness education. Our parents often begin their fitness journey only after their 40s, when health challenges have already appeared. This cycle then gets passed on to the next generation.👬
Whether it's kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or any other form of training, you don't need an expensive gym membership to begin. You can start your fitness journey right from your living room. What you do need is awareness.🙌
📊 Did you know?
Less than 2% of India's population regularly goes to a gym. While fitness is much more than gym attendance, this statistic reminds us that we still have a long way to go in building a healthier nation.

Why & How Kettlebells For Injury?

Kettlebells are one of the most versatile training tools available. Their unique offset center of mass challenges your body differently from traditional dumbbells.

âś… Improves shoulder stability and strength
âś… Develops functional strength for everyday life
âś… Enhances balance and coordination
âś… Builds cardiovascular fitness while increasing muscle strength
âś… Can be adapted for many individuals, including those recovering from certain injuries, under proper coaching
Awareness creates action. Action creates better health. Better health creates a better future.
A heartfelt thank you to Active24 club, Pune for the weekend seminar 👍

Kettlebell Vs Machines in Goa?🌊
Watch the Video till end - 2 min video to help you better understand for convincing your members to pick the Kettlebell for training, save for future reference ⬇️
_
The Goa lecture on the weekend saw students from various backgrounds, it also helped me delve deeper in a few other subjects which is needed for general members to understand. Machines guide your movement. Kettlebells demand that you guide the movement. Every repetition requires stability, coordination, mobility, timing, and force production. That's why developing the neuromuscular pathways for kettlebell training takes significantly more time than simply learning to use a machine.✔️
One of the biggest reasons many people give up on kettlebell training is because it is 100% unsupported. There is no machine to stabilize you, no fixed movement pattern, and no shortcut.🏋️
This is precisely why kettlebell training delivers exceptional long-term results. But these results only come with patience and quality coaching.📍
A coach's responsibility is to educate—not simply to satisfy every opinion. If you constantly follow what members want instead of what they need, it often reflects gaps in coaching knowledge. Great coaches continue learning, refining their skills, and leading with confidence because their members deserve evidence-based training. 🙌
Work on yourself first, so your members can become the best version of themselves.📚
Thank you Gaurang for your assistance and support, thank you Fitzo Club for super venue and host, strong together 💪

If You Lift Kettlebells, Rest Everything Is Easy 📍
(Full Intw on YT - link in bio)
I had the privilege of interviewing Christian Borghello, one of Italy's elite Kettlebell Sport athletes and currently among the world's top Elite Sn**ch lifters, during the World Championships in Moldova.

Christian's journey is unique. Before becoming a world-class kettlebell athlete, he built his athletic foundation through swimming, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. This diverse background has shaped his approach to training, but one message stood out throughout our conversation:

Performance is built on consistency, not complexity.

One of his most valuable insights was on training frequency. Elite performance doesn't come from occasional hard sessions—it comes from frequent exposure to technical lifting, allowing the nervous system to develop movement efficiency while building sport-specific endurance.

He also shared a perspective that every aspiring Kettlebell Sport athlete should remember:

"If you can confidently compete for 10 or 20 minutes under the pressure of competition, everything else in training becomes easier."

Christian strongly emphasized that mobility and technique must always come before loading. Without adequate flexibility, athletes compensate with inefficient movement patterns that limit performance and increase energy expenditure.

Too many athletes rush into heavier loads or double-kettlebell work without owning the fundamentals. Long-term success in Girevoy Sport is determined more by movement economy than brute strength.

This conversation offers valuable lessons for Indian athletes and coaches who want to build sustainable, high-performance training systems from the ground up. Thank you

Why CNS is BOSS & How To Train IT (Save , caption & video⬇️)
(In the simplest Way I can help you understand, watch Full video 🎦)

The limiting factor is not always the muscles. Very often, it is the Central Nervous System (CNS).
The CNS is the command center responsible for motor unit recruitment, firing frequency, synchronization, coordination, and force production. It determines how efficiently the body can recruit muscle fibers and transfer force through movement✔️
Think of it as a contractor on a construction site — the contractor does not carry bricks, but directs the workers efficiently. Your muscles are the workers, while the CNS decides how much force to produce, which motor units to recruit, and how efficient movement should happen💪

Repeated exposure creates stronger motor pathways and better intermuscular coordination. Over time, the CNS learns:

📍How many motor units to recruit
📍 How quickly to recruit them
📍How long to sustain output
📍How to reduce unnecessary energy leakage

This explains why after months or years away from training, athletes often regain previous performance faster than they initially built it. People call it "muscle memory," but a large part of it is neurological recall.🧠

Movement training develops the system.

Train the muscles, but also train the command center behind them.

Train Like Yurii, age 79 ⌛

After a while, I’m back interviewing athletes again.
(full interview on YT- Link in bio)

The purpose has always been more than just conversations. I’ve always wanted to dig into people's minds and understand what drives them — their mindset, discipline, struggles, and training process.
Since the beginning of my podcast journey, I intentionally started interviewing athletes above 40 years because I wanted to understand a question many people silently ask:
"Am I too old to start?"

Statistics tell us average retirement ages in many sports (Pro athletes):

Gymnastics: 16–22
Swimming: 24–28
American Football (NFL): 28–32
Basketball (NBA): 28–32
Ice Hockey (NHL): 28–32
Tennis: 30–35
Soccer: 31–35
Cricket: 34–38
Weightlifting: 28–33
Professional Bodybuilding: 33–40+

But Kettlebell Sport teaches us something different.

Kettlebell Sport is one of the few sports where age does not become a wall. There is no age barrier to enter, learn, improve, compete, and keep progressing.

You may start at 18.
You may start at 40.
You may even start at 50+.

Because success here is not built only on speed or youth — it is built on technique, patience, efficiency, character, and consistency.

The question isn't "How old are you?"

The question is "When are you starting?"
