When working within a team, active listening to all members is paramount. This practice is fundamental in identifying the most promising ideas for implementation within the organization. When confronted with numerous suggestions for a single issue from team members, screening and selecting the one that best aligns with the organization's objectives is crucial.

In instances where the chosen suggestion does not yield the expected results, it is common for other team members to believe that their idea might have led to a better outcome. While all ideas hold merit, it is essential to remain open-minded and not insist solely on one's own proposals.

The key to success lies in fostering active listening, engaging in collaborative brainstorming sessions, and collectively reaching conclusions. By adapting our perspectives to resonate with those of our team members, we promote understanding and enhance collaboration within the team.

Don't create TO-DO List

We all create to do list and observed list is increasing day by day. One day, this big list becomes headache for us.

This is like wish list and we will not try to achieve this. In to do list, few jobs are important and few won't, few may finish in a minute or few require a week also. This mixture doesn't allow us to reach our goals. Also this create stress as list is increasing day by day.

To avoid this we should follow time blocking system. This system says, put all these jobs or actions required in calender and block the time to finish as decided. You can break your calender in 15 mins or 30 mind slots. Give sufficient time for each activity and finish the activity on time.

Items in to do list sits there, where as items in time blocking calender clears every moment.

So block the calender and follow schedule and enjoy stress free life.

Who wins?

The one you feed.

One day father was telling his son about the battle which goes in all the people mind.

Father said," My son, battle is between two wolves inside us. One is fear and other is faith."

Fear carries anxiety, concern, uncertainty, indecision and inaction.

Faith brings calm, conviction, confidence, enthusiasm, decisiveness, excitement and action.

After this, son thought about it for a moment and then asked his father, "Which wolf will win."

Father replied, "The one you feed"

Which wolf you choose to feed will define who you are.

So feed the right thoughts, right situations, etc to win the race of life.

The Five Buckets

Following are the Five buckets, we should fill fully. The fullness of these buckets will determine how we think, believe, important our goals in life.

1- What you know (your knowledge)
2- What we can do ( your skills)
3 - Who you know (your network)
4- What you have (your resources)
5- What the world thinks of you ( your reputation)

These buckets are interlinked with one another. Filling one bucket helps to add another bucket.

Please fill all five buckets fully, but make sure you fill buckets in the right order.

Action

We always talk about the positive thinking. But only positive thinking doesn't help to achieve our desires in life.
Positive thinking put in action will definitely help to achieve our goals. Action is very important, otherwise we will be in thinking zone. Over thinking will lead to many diseases.

Everyday, put your positive thoughts in action and enjoy the change of life.
