It is not always right to work on your body every day.
You need to focus and go slow at times.
You will increase the possibility of injuries and gradually lose interest.
Instead, work on your body while recovering as well as taking much-needed breaks.
Go slow but go right, so do your workout with fun instead of working out crazily.
