Dear Artists,🎨
I’m thrilled to announce an opportunity to feature your art in a self-discovery book themed around Labyrinth Maze. Your Zentangle creations can wonderfully enhance this project.

👉What I’m Looking For:
- Zentangle Art: Intricate designs reflecting labyrinthine paths and the complexity of our inner worlds.

👉Self-Reflection Piece:
Submit a brief piece (150-300 words) that connects with themes of self-exploration and art’s transformative power.

👉Submission Guidelines:

🌟 On this auspicious day of Sanvatsari, I was deeply touched by a heartfelt call from my father. Reflecting on my childhood, I remember how uttering the words 🙏𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗗𝘂𝗸𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗺🙏 felt like a simple tradition, yet I never fully grasped its profound significance. Today is a day dedicated to forgiveness – a moment to seek pardon from ourselves and all living beings for any harm we may have caused, intentionally or unintentionally, through our words, actions, or thoughts.
We often recognize the power of our thoughts, as each one emits energy into the universe. Now, imagine the collective energy generated by a universal contemplation of forgiveness on this special day. What kind of transformative energy could we unleash? I can only envision a deep wellspring of compassion and gratitude enveloping all beings.
As we celebrate Sanvatsari, I open my heart to forgive and to seek forgiveness from everyone around me. Let this day inspire kindness and healing for us all.

Hey ! So, picture this – I'm in a session with one of my amazing clients, sharing a bit of my own story with them. And in that moment, something incredible happens. As I'm talking, I notice a shift in my client – a kind of knowing look in their eyes, a subtle nod of recognition.
It's like the air suddenly crackles with shared understanding, and I can feel it deep in my bones. That bodily experience – that's my unconscious whispering, "Pay attention, there's something important here."
It's funny how stories have this magic power, isn't it? They're like little keys to our authentic desires and dreams, unlocking hidden truths we didn't even know we had. When you connect with someone's story on a deep level, it's like your unconscious is nudging you, saying, "Hey, we get each other."
Working with clients in these moments is like embarking on a shared adventure of self-discovery and healing. It's like peeling back the layers of who we are to reveal our most authentic selves – our dreams, our fears, our raw, unfiltered voices.
So, I've learned to lean into these moments of connection, to honor the emotions they bring up, and to let them guide me on a journey of self-revelation. It's in these shared stories that I find a deeper connection not only with myself but with those I work with.

I have completed numerous marathons over the years and amassed quite a collection of finishers' medals. Surprisingly, I realized that I had not given much importance to my accomplishments, to the extent that I had even forgotten about them. It was only recently when I stumbled upon a bag containing all my medals and running bibs, neatly preserved.
Sorting through these mementos, I decided to display them prominently as a visual reminder of my achievements. It dawned on me how crucial it is to surround ourselves with reminders that evoke positive emotions. Creating an environment rich in stimuli that celebrate past successes can serve as a powerful motivator and a source of inspiration in our day-to-day lives.
As I took a trip down memory lane while revisiting my medals and bibs, I was flooded with a rush of memories. During this reflection, I also noticed that some of my trophies were missing. This served as a reminder that while our unconscious mind stores every memory, having external cues can prove incredibly beneficial in keeping these memories vivid and alive.
These external reminders not only reignite past triumphs but also highlight the growth and experiences that have shaped our journey. They serve as tangible anchors that connect us to our past achievements, providing a source of motivation and a reminder of the resilience and dedication that has brought us where we are today.

🌟 When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! 🍋
I recently had an intriguing experience while working on my Zentangle tiles. Initially, I thought I had ruined them with coffee stains. My first instinct was to discard them, thinking, "What can I possibly create from this mess?"
But I decided to embrace the challenge and let my creativity flow. And voilà, this is how they turned out!
Sometimes, our initial setbacks can lead to unexpected and beautiful outcomes.
