‼️ ATTENTION ‼️Hey folks... if u r/were going to gym then this post for u.. pls do read it carefully..
Now being all the gyms r closed due to corona virus, some fitness minds r saying doing home workout will help u to maintain muscles, some r selling "home workout e-books". C'mon r u kidding?? 😏Some r saying arrange a home gym..😅 don't want to say anything about them.. bcz they r rich, very very rich.. they can do whatever they want to do..😉
Well whatever u do, the truth is if u r a hardcore gym goer n love to bring intensity in ur workout ( in short u don't do ur weight lifting sessions casually) then "u will lose some amount of muscle. And if ur diet is that strict u won't gain that much fat"
bcz ur body has been habituated to that much heavy weight u used to lift..and u won't b able to maintain that muscle in home workout only for 15-20 days.. and don't waste drinking unnecessarily protein shake, it won't work as it was working after ur workout session.. just add 20-25gm protein to ur 4-5 solid meals.. if u love to eat simple carbs like rice, potatoes pls do covert then to complex carbs like oats, brown rice, brown bread bcz that will stay for a longer time in ur stomach..
Am not saying u shouldn't do home workout,u should do. Bcz it will help u later when u start ur actual workout sessions in ur gym.. u won't have that much muscle soreness. it took one week for me to write this post bcz I was checking how my body is responding to "home workout".
PS: don't worry mate, u will get all ur muscle back in a week or two, bcz there is something called muscle memory..✌️
Just stay safe, stay in ur home.. don't go anywhere if it is not that much important for u.. peace.. ☮️
