Kaizen means: continuous small improvements. All our management lessons come from, what we like to call, our internal "K11 MBA Program" (internal training) where we spend two days a week learning and applying the best management practices.

Here you see our CEO posing with a bell which she got installed. This bell will be rung when anyone of us at K11 drops the ball when it comes to upholding our foremost principle of . When the bell rings, all work will halt and everyone’s energies will be focussed on solving the issue and ensuring it never repeats again thereby ensuring our principle is always held in good stead.

1.While walking across a person, acknowledge with a slight bow while you give and receive smiles.
2. Give a coworker a compliment.
3. Send a letter to a good friend/coworker instead of a text.
4. If you see someone stressed Walk up to them and ask what is bothering them.
5.Go for instrument/dance lessons, together.
6.Leave a positive sticky-note on a co-worker's desk.
7.Put your phone away completely during a conversation or in a meeting.
8.Let someone behind you at the grocery store go in front of you.
9.Remember your colleagues' family members' names.

Mia is missing her puppies today as all of them got adopted , so she hopped onto my lap for some lovin & I could not have been happier 😍🤗💞🤩.

At K11 we have many many moments where I feel super proud of being part of this awesome team . There are so many stories and instances of I cover so proudly about our company when onboarding and inducting a new team member. Here’s an insight into one of those
Our students who went back to Kerela from Pune hostel due to lockdown. When the Hostel reached out to us to vacate their belongings from the Hostel K11 Team sprung into action

Pic 1: Pictures of Student luggage being packed and put into our Vice Principals Car and taken from their hostel to our school and safely kept in the school premises.
Pic 2: Our Pune School manager informing us of how they packed the students belongings and how much time it took.
