It was nice catching up with my seniors during the wedding ceremony of Ramandeep singh Raman paji.
It was during an U-14 inter district match between Mohali which was the team i was representing and Amritsar in which Abhishek Sharma Abhi paji were playing. I bowled 8-10 overs consecutively to him and from that match became his immediate fan of his batting and knew that he was going to go places.
During my U-19 days in which i was trying to hone my skills in spin bowling under legendary Punjab Ranji Trophy cricketer Bharti Vij, i met Harpreet Brar Brar paji who from my day one welcomed me and was always available to chat on bowling, cricket in general and in life. He was always an ideal senior to me.
Lastly, during my final years as a professional cricketer, i practiced under Ravi Sir where i met Vaibhav Arora Vaibhav bhaiya who is the most simple and the down to earth person i know in my cricket circle. Vaibhav bhai used to bowl to me a lot in both nets and matches and i remember his one handed sixes he used to hit us in the nets and in matches whenever he got an opportunity to bat!
