ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੁੱਘਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਬਲਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੁੱਘਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੁੱਘਾ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ 21.02.1984 ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਜੱਜ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਐਮ.ਐਮ ਭਲਾ ਐਡੀਸ਼ਨ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਬ ਜੱਜ ਮੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਵੰਡ ਲਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਕਾਬਜ ਚੱਲੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੁੱਘਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾ ਹਿਸਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਮਕਾਨ ਸਿੰਗਲ ਸਟੋਰੀ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਪਸ਼ਮ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿਸਾ ਅਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਰੋਡ ਮੋਗਾ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ , ਪੂਰਬ ਡਬਲ ਸਟੋਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ ਤੱਕ , ਉਸ ਤੋ ਪਿਛੇ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ , ਫਿਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੁੱਘਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਬਲ਼ਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਹਿਸਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ
ਹਨ। ਜਦੋ ਵੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਰਾ ਆਉਂਦੈ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਸੇ ਆਏ ਕਮਰਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿੰਗਲ ਸਟੋਰੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਮਕਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਇਹ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਵੰਡ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਜੋ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਰੋਡ ਮੋਗਾ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਸ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਰੋਡ ਮੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਕੋਰਨਰ ਤੇ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੁੱਘਾ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਹੇਠ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਦਾ ਕਾਬਜ 1984 ਤੋਂ ਚਲਿਆ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।ਹੁਣ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੁੱਘਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਿਸਤੇਦਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਤਿੰਨਾ ਭਰਾਵਾ ਦੇ ਹਿਸੇ ਉਤੇ ਕਬਜਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ
