On the 12th International Yoga Day, the DIG, DG , Tourism Department , and Superintendent of Police along with other senior officials practiced yoga at the Police Lines.
Mirzapur: On the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day, a yoga camp organized by Patanjali Yuva Bharat at the Police Lines Parade Ground was organized by Chief Guest Dr. Vedpati Mishra, Director General of Uttar Pradesh Tourism, Deputy Inspector General of Police Poonam Ji, and Superintendent of Police Aparna Rajar Kaushik, along with various officers and constables of the Alha Command. Yoga Guru Yogi Bhola Nath, Founder of Vindhya Yoga Seva Dham, and National Yoga Asana Judge, Yoga Guru Yogi Jwala Singh jointly taught yoga protocols, cervical movements, shoulder movements, and waist movements to various officers and constables. Standing postures include Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Padahastasana, Ardha Chakrasana, Trikonasana, sitting postures like Bhadrasana, Vakrasana, Shashankasana, Ardha Ustrasana, Ustrasana, lying on the stomach. Lying on the back: Makarasana, Bhujangasana, and Shalabhasana. The asanas to be performed were Setubandhasana, Uttanpadasana, Ardha Halasana, Pawanmuktasana, breath control pranayama, Kapalbhati, Nadi Shodhan, Anulom-Vilom pranayama, Bhramari pranayama, meditation and Shanti Path, and detailed information was given about their benefits.
On this occasion, National Yogasana Judge Yoga Guru Jwala Singh and District Yogasana Sports Association Vice President Ashwini Kumar Pandey jointly sang the patriotic song 'Get up young man, the land of the country is calling, the country is calling, Mother India is calling, the blood of Ram Shyam is flowing in your veins, Jagat Guru Govind and Rajput pride', while making people practice it vigorously, they infused new energy into the people, and at the same time made people aware by making everyone pledge to do and make others do yoga 365 days.
