Lead shielding refers to the use of lead as a form of radiation protection to shield people or objects from radiation so as to reduce the effective dose. Lead can effectively attenuate certain kinds of radiation because of its high density and high atomic number; principally, it is effective at stopping gamma rays and x-rays
Lead is used for shielding in x-ray machines, nuclear power plants, labs, medical facilities, military equipment, and other places where radiation may be encountered

When I say this I mean -
😴 How's your sleep cycle
🌓 How's your mood throughout
the day
🔋 How are your energy levels
💪 How strong is your immunity
(how less often you fall sick )
🍳How good are your food habits

Health is not only about how good you appear it's about how good you feel too.

Any good habit / bad habit in our life is a result of those activities which are repeated/ you are consistent with.

It's very easy to give up, feel lazy , motivation might help you tie those shoe lace but discipline is what keeps you going

6 pack is not the criteria of good health / it was never.

Be mindful , make small changes for good and be consistent with them , the changes you gonna evidence are phenomenal
