Mr. Ou Ratana, of the and President of the Vovinam Federation, led a delegation of federation leaders on an official visit to Vientiane, .
During the visit, a meeting was held with Mr​ Vixay Na Vientiane the President of the Lao Vovinam Federation to exchange experiences and discuss strategies for strengthening, developing, and further expanding the sport of Vovinam within Laos.
Additionally, in his capacity as the President of the Southeast Asian Federation, His Excellency also presented a donation of training equipment and uniforms to the Lao Vovinam counterparts to support their development efforts.

On May 20, 2026 (the 4th day of the 4th lunar month), the Tổ Đường Vovinam held the 66th Commemoration Ceremony of Founder Nguyễn Lộc, together with the 2026 Red Belt Promotion Ceremony for successful candidates.

In this respectful and meaningful atmosphere, the World Vovinam Federation (WVVF) proudly celebrated the honor of its senior leaders being awarded prestigious belt promotions by the Council of Masters of the Vovinam School:

🔴 . Mai huu Tin -President of the World Vovinam Federation (WVVF), was promoted to 3rd Degree Red Belt.

These honorable promotions are a profound recognition by the Vovinam School for the leaders’ dedicated, passionate, and significant contributions to the development and promotion of the spirit of Việt Võ Đạo in Vietnam and around the world.
Receiving these prestigious belt ranks at the sacred Tổ Đường during the Founder’s Commemoration Ceremony is a special honor, while also serving as a strong motivation to continue preserving, promoting, and expanding Vovinam Việt Võ Đạo on the international stage.

🏆 OFFICIAL MASCOT OF THE 2026 ASIAN VOVINAM CHAMPIONSHIPS UNVEILED 🇰🇭

The Cambodia Vovinam Federation has officially unveiled the winning designs for the Mascot, medals, and official uniforms of the 6th Asian Vovinam Championships 2026, scheduled to take place in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

✨ The outstanding design was created by young artist Chhon Sokrothir, featuring Hanuman as the mascot symbolizing strength, courage, and the spirit of justice and protection.

🛡️ In particular, the mascot was designed as a tribute to the heroic armed forces whose sacrifices help preserve peace and create conditions for sports and international events to flourish.

🗣️ Mr. U Ratana – Vice President of the Asian Vovinam Federation, President of the Southeast Asian Vovinam Federation, and President of the Cambodia Vovinam Federation emphasized:

💬 “Sports can only thrive in peace. The Hanuman mascot represents the bravery of those who tirelessly protect the nation.”

📍 The 6th Asian Vovinam Championships will be held from November 21–27, 2026 at the Olympic National Stadium in Phnom Penh, bringing together member nations from across Asia.
