Stephanie Spielmann highlighted the effectiveness of using demonstrations in coaching, noting, "It saves you time, it doesn’t waste it." Her advice on utilizing demos to train and explain to players resonated strongly with the Indian football coaches present.

Additionally, FIFA Women’s Football technical expert Mr. Simon Toselli stressed the critical role of communication in coaching. He remarked, "If you are good at communication and explanation, your team will do great."
