All organizers conducting sports activities and tournaments at various playfields/venues across District Kulgam are hereby directed to strictly comply with the issued order and follow all prescribed guidelines in letter and spirit.
It is impressed upon all concerned that any deviation from, or violation of, the prescribed guidelines shall be viewed seriously, and the concerned organizer(s) may face strict action/consequences as per the rules.
Furthermore, within the next couple of days, all organizers of sports activities/tournaments in District Kulgam shall be called for an important meeting in the Conference Hall of Mini Secretariat, Kulgam, under the leadership and guidance of the Worthy Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam. Important issues concerning the proper conduct, transparency, discipline, and regulation of sports activities in the district will be discussed in detail, and further necessary directions shall be issued accordingly.
All concerned are, therefore, advised to extend their full cooperation and ensure strict adherence to the directions so that sports activities in District Kulgam are conducted in a fair, transparent, disciplined, and organized manner.
