Now a days everybody want to get an hourglass body. But the problem is they want that body by overnight. Which I not possible ( possible through surgery only ), if you are working on hourglass body and set your mind to be consistent, below tips are very much valuable for you.
⚪️ Do not think food is your enemy
⚪️ Do not afraid of gaining body weight because your glute made by Muscle and if you grow muscle, it is natural to gain weight.
⚪️ Stay consistent with weight lifting. Push yourself in gym to cross your limit every single day.
⚪️ Eat healthy and right food
⚪️ If your glute is not well developed and you are gaining fat in belly portion during the process, then don’t be afraid focus on gaining muscles first, add cardio and high intensity workouts to reduce belly fat.
⚪️ Increase protien intake and do not do over exercise. 60-90min workout is enough to achieve your dream body in gym.
⚪️ Do not rush for doing 15-20 workouts in a day, focus on muscle contraction and do slowly.
⚪️ Focus on lower body 2-3days in a week and target abs at least 20-25mins everyday.
⚪️ Take 1-2 rest days every week for better recovery.
Hope these points will help you to achieve your body goal. But make sure it is a long term process. You have to be consistent. It took 4years for me to come to this position, still I am not perfect. I am working on it.
