It is very important to train the shoulders as stronger shoulders help us to train compound movements well and gradually increases our strength overall. 💪🏻
Shoulder Workout splits:
▶️Arnold press
▶️Front raise
▶️Barbell press
▶️Side Lateral
▶️ Upright
▶️Face pull
8-10 reps ✖️ 3 sets each Workout
Try increasing weight after each set (Progressive Overload)
