A Question to the Honourable MLA Dooru: Why are the youth of Block Sagam being ignored?
The youth of Block Sagam are deeply disappointed that the long-pending work for the development of Playfield at Sayan Sagam is still missing from the development plan.
For years, young players have been demanding a proper playground with basic facilities such as levelling, fencing, and sports infrastructure. Yet this genuine demand continues to be ignored, while the youth are left with nothing but repeated promises.
The MLA Dooru must answer the people of Block Sagam:
Why are funds not being properly utilised for the benefit of youth and sports development in our area?
Why has the Sayan Sagam Playfield been left out again?
Are the youth of Block Sagam not deserving of equal development?
A playground is not a luxury—it is a basic need for our young generation. It keeps youth engaged in sports, discipline, fitness, and positive activities. Ignoring this demand is ignoring the future of our area.
The people of Sayan Sagam and Block Sagam demand immediate inclusion of the Playfield development work in the development plan. The youth will no longer accept neglect, delay, and empty assurances.
Development should not be limited to selected places. Block Sagam deserves its rightful share.
