*5th DAY WITNESS HUGE CROWD IN SPORTS STADIUM KATHUA FOR 11th POLICE MARTYR'S MEMORIAL T-20 CRICKET TOURNAMENT*

KATHUA, 23 DEC: *On day 5th, two matches were played today in 11th Police Martyr’s memorial North Zone T-20 Cricket Championship 2022 at Sports Stadium Kathua.Ist match played in between Run Star Delhi and LB Shastri Delhi as well as 2nd match was played in between KKR Marheen and Sports Club Jalandhar*

*Second match was played between KKR Marheen and Sports Club Jalandhar wherein KKR Marheen won the toss and choose to Bat first and scored 120 runs at the loss of 09 wickets in 20 overs.The main scorer of the team was Ankush Bandral who scored 22 runs in 24 deliveries with 02 boundaries and Dev Amritpaul scored 22 runs off 19 balls with 03 boundaries.While chasing a target of 121 runs Sports Club Jalandhar was unable to chase down the given target and scored just 106 in 20 overs with the loss of 09 wickets.Therefore KKR Marheen thrashed the Sports Club Jalandhar by 14 runs and won this nail biting match in which top scorer was Ankush Bandral who Scored 22 runs in 24 balls with 02 boundaries alongwith he did splendid bowling spell of 04 overs and took 03 crucial wickets for which he was declared as Man of the Match for his brilliant performance.*

The president of kKR( kathua) appreciated the efforts made by manager ( adersh verma) and the coach ( sh. Rakesh singh) who gave their best to the boys..
