Confidence is an important aspect of personal growth and success. Here are some tips to help you boost your confidence:

1. Recognize your strengths: Take some time to identify your strengths and acknowledge your achievements. Focus on what you're good at and remind yourself of your past successes. This will help you build a positive self-image.

2. Practice self-care: Take care of your physical and mental well-being. Get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and eat a balanced diet. Engage in activities that bring you joy and help you relax. When you feel good physically, it positively impacts your confidence.

3. Adopt positive self-talk: Pay attention to your inner dialogue. Replace negative self-talk with positive and encouraging statements. Remind yourself of your abilities, potential, and worth. Positive ‘I am’ affirmations can be helpful in cultivating a positive mindset.

I am sure you must have come across many events, incidents where you felt frustrated, discouraged and said to yourself "Why me?"

Many times when you face challenging situations it comes as a natural to say - why does this happen to me? It reflects a sense of victimhood or a belief that one's circumstances are unfair or undeserved. This puts you in an unresourceful state and your mind seeks escape instead of solution.
