अगर कोई MLA या MP लोगों के हित में काम नहीं करता है, तो उसे लोगों के वोट से हटाया जा सकता है। लेकिन इसकी शुरुआत किस जिले या शहर से होनी चाहिए, यह ज़रूरी है।
If an MLA or MP doesn't work in the public's interest, they can be removed by public vote. But it's important to determine which district or city this should start from.
