Hello everyone!

The much awaited first set of challenges are up!!and the set of rules to follow.
Challenge 1.1
This challenge is all about using a creative object for the leg raises and completing the activity for a 30 sec.
It's the worth 1 points for the old IITs and worth 2points for the new one IITs per new entry.
Challenge 1.2
This challenge is all about 6 front slide pushups with each hand.
It's the worth 2pts.for the old IITs and worth 3pts.for the new IITs per entry.
Now all you have to do make IIT Jammu win:
1.Record videos of the challenges(try your best to do the second one to earn us more points)

2.put up the challenges as stories or post and don't forget to tag and WIN India handles and ensure you the send the videos separately to the page too.

3.use the hashtags , and challenge 5 other friends of yours to do the same.
Each of your videos to get us one step closer to making IIT jammu healthy and making IIT Jammu win

IIT JAMMU is organising its third edition of intra-college sports meet, PraVaah'20. First two years, the event name was Convoquer but this time Convoquer has been named to the inter-college sports meet which will be organised for the first time, this year.
Now, intra-college sports meet of IIT JAMMU has been named as PraVaah with the theme "Go With The Flow".
Pravaah'20 is scheduled on 8th,9th and 15th,16th February.

INTER IIT SPORTS MEET 2K19...Very good experience for all of us....We will come back with a stronger team next year..💪💪

Inter iit 2k19 ... Appreciable performance for IIT Jammu in all sports. Badminton has also done well .We have done too many mistakes but also learnt too many new things.We will work hard for next year inter iit sports meets.Best of luck guys👍👍
