He is a person who has molded himself into an athlete by testing his power of endurance. He believes that it is never too late to try and start anything. He knows the importance of fitness and this is what has led h

im into achieving so many milestones and that too with a commendable timing. Following is the list of the International and Internationally recognized events that he has participated and achieved in:
1. Triathlons

You don’t have a talent problem.
You don’t have a time problem.
You don’t have a resource problem.

You have a decision problem.

Most people spend years calling the gap something else. Wrong timing. Wrong circumstances. Wrong resources. The gap has one name — and it’s not any of those.

The moment you stop calling it something else — it starts closing.

📍 What have you been calling your gap — that you know is actually just a decision you haven’t made yet?

3 Decades - one body completely different driver

At 47 — it’s something I don’t have a clean word for. Not discipline. Not passion. Something quieter. The knowing that I built this trajectory years ago and today I’m living inside it.

The engine kept upgrading.

The fuel stayed mostly the same — the fire to be someone, to prove something, to build evidence against every version of myself that was told he wasn’t enough.

But the driver changed completely.

What started as a rebel movement became identity. Then profession. Then growth. Then something that feels less like chasing and more like arriving — every single day.

I still pick up a drink some evenings.

My mind still argues with itself about it.

Mornings are harder after the nights I do.

I’ve drifted from goals. Made mistakes. Got lost in the wrong directions for stretches of time.

But the drifts got shorter. The returns got faster. Because the goals got clearer and the investment got bigger — in time, in effort, in who I was deciding to become.

Staying in shape approaching 50 requires discipline. That part is true.

But I’m not just aesthetically fit. I’m fit to the life I’m living. Fit to the standard I hold. Fit in ways that don’t show up in a mirror but show up in a race at last few kms when everything is gone and something else takes over.

I used to chase the perfect future moment.

Now I understand — there is no perfect future moment.

The best you can do is make your future into your present and experience it now.

The joy doesn’t come from the achievement.

It comes from the underneath knowing — that you built the trajectory. And today you’re living the dream you designed years ago.

Controlling became an obsession.

Then came the phase of letting go.

That’s where identity lives.

Not in the grip. In the release.

3 decades of building. Still building. Just differently now.

📍 What did you start something for — and how has the reason changed over the years?

You don’t feel disciplined before you do the work.

You feel it after.

Every time you waited to feel like it — you were waiting for something that only comes from doing it.

The feeling follows the action. Never the other way around.

Stop waiting to feel disciplined. Start. The feeling catches up.

📍 What have you been waiting to feel before you start — that you know only comes after you start?

Wanting is free. Everyone wants. The price — that’s where people disappear.

The price of what you want isn’t money or time. It’s the version of yourself you have to give up. The comfort you have to stop choosing. The identity you have to be willing to leave behind.

EPIC5 — three years of preparation, family time, public failure on the table. I looked at the full price. Then decided.

Manufacturing at 43 — savings at risk, ego at risk, beginner in a new industry. Same process. Full price, eyes open, then committed.

The universe doesn’t do discounts. You pay full price or you don’t get the thing. The people trying to get it cheaper spend their whole life almost getting there.

📍 What’s the full price of the thing you say you want — and which part of it are you still trying to avoid paying?

Do one more rep.

Not for someone who needs motivation. For someone who wants to get somewhere — and is already at it.

Don’t celebrate showing up. Don’t celebrate each progress. The moment you start celebrating — you stay mid pack.

Carve your craft. Relentlessly. Single point focused. Be proud of today. Then repeat it.

Champions don’t become champions by celebrating the climb. They go through it. In sport, in business, in everything that matters.

Keep stacking the work until your lowest average standard is bigger than most people’s highest.

You won’t find motivation waiting for you. It’s the decisions you take. The full charge you take of your life. Direct your own movie. Walk in that direction — every single day.

📍 This is for the person already in the work — what are you building right now that nobody else can see yet?

Challenge Roth. Out of the water in 1:10 — strong. First kilometre on the bike — flat tyre. Panicked. Took help from a bystander (illegal — didn’t know). Lost minutes. Lost composure. Instead of resetting — pushed harder to make up time. Second loop — cramps so bad I stopped the bike. Arrived T2 beaten before the run even started.

Run is my strongest discipline. That day — every step was cramps, HR too low to push, scared, mentally gone. I didn’t stop. I didn’t walk. There was no smile at the finish.

4–5 days completely off after. Family holiday. No training. Rare for me.

5 months later — Israel. Same fitness. One of my best races.

The race wasn’t lost on the bike. It was lost in those first 2 minutes after the flat — when I panicked instead of composing myself. Every wrong decision that followed came from that one moment.

Train your fitness. Train your composure harder.

📍 When did you last train your response to things going wrong — not just your performance when everything goes right?

We used to call it hard work. Now we call it stress. The work didn’t change. We did.

There’s a generation that worked hard without a name for how it felt. No burnout conversation. No recovery protocol for a difficult week. Effort was the default — not the exception.

Now every hard thing gets a diagnosis. Every period of intensity becomes a wellness conversation. Some of that is real. But some of it is just comfort learning the language of medicine — because if it’s stress, it’s not your fault. If it’s hard work, you have to choose to do it anyway.

Hard work was never supposed to feel easy. The discomfort isn’t a warning sign. It’s the signal you’re doing something worth doing.

📍 Controversial take — are we confusing hard work with stress? Or have standards genuinely shifted for a reason? Tell me where you stand.

Most people are living by a standard they never chose.

It just arrived — from family, from environment, from what everyone around them accepted as normal. And because everyone lived by the same standard, it felt like truth. It wasn’t truth. It was just the ceiling of the people who raised them.

When I first thought about EPIC5 — everyone said it wasn’t possible. That was their standard. Built from their experience. Their ceiling.

Not mine.

The standard you inherited was built by people who had already decided what was possible. For them. Not for you.

📍 Look at your current standard — in work, training, relationships. Did you choose it? Or did it just arrive and you never questioned it?

We started celebrating trying. And forgot to demand results.
Showing up gets a standing ovation. Finishing last gets celebrated like finishing first. And it sounds kind — until you realise what it’s actually doing.

When you celebrate everything equally, you make achievement meaningless. You make the standard invisible.

You give people permission to stop reaching — because reaching and not reaching look identical on their feed.

Social media made this worse. Not because people share their wins — but because we stopped being honest about what a win actually is. Participation became achievement. The validation machine rewards it all equally. And the standard quietly disappeared into the noise.

Try. Fail. Get up. Try again. All of that deserves respect.
But don’t celebrate the trying like it’s the arriving. Because you know the difference.

Deep down — you always know.

📍 Have we gone too far with celebrating participation — or is this take too harsh? Tell me where you stand.

“Being realistic.” “Playing it safe.” “Not taking unnecessary risk.” Sometimes genuine wisdom. Often fear with better PR.

Nobody wants to admit they’re scared. So fear learned to speak the language of strategy. “It’s not the right time” sounds smarter than “I’m scared to fail.” And the tragedy is — you start believing your own translation.

Before I started my business at 43, I told myself for months I was “doing market research.” The truth was I was scared of failing in an industry I knew nothing about. Research was just a smarter sounding word for fear.

📍 Controversial take — where in your life is “being smart” actually just “being scared” with better vocabulary?
