What We're Looking For

✅ FIDE-rated player
✅ 2+ years of chess coaching experience
✅ Prior experience teaching in schools (Mandatory)
✅ Comfortable conducting both offline and online chess classes
✅ Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
✅ Willing to travel across Delhi
✅ Able to support content writing, curriculum development, and coordination activities
✅ Excellent rapport with students, parents, and school coordinators
✅ Team player who thrives in a startup environment
