Preparations for Muharram-ul-Haram at Hassan Abad

Today, Hon’ble Deputy CM J&K Jenab Surinder Choudhary Sahab, along with MLA Hazratbal Jenab Salman Ali Sagar Sahab and MLA Zadibal Jenab Tanvir Sadiq Sahab, visited Hassan Abad to review arrangements for the upcoming Holy Month of Muharram.

We took stock of cleanliness, water supply, electricity, medical facilities, and traffic management to ensure smooth conduct of Majalis and processions. Directions were issued to concerned departments for timely completion of all works.

The dignity and sanctity of Muharram will be upheld with full support from the administration.

On the blessed occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, I extend my heartiest greetings and good wishes to the people of Jammu & Kashmir, especially my brothers and sisters of Halqa Saida Kadal — Hassan Abad, Beeroni Kathi Darwaza, Saida Kadal, Khawaja Yarbal, Batt Yarbal, Shah Abad (Khoda Pora), Nizam Colony and Khash Khash Bagh.

Eid-ul-Adha teaches us the spirit of sacrifice, compassion, and brotherhood as shown by Hazrat Ibrahim A.S. Today, let us pledge to share our blessings with the poor, the needy, and the downtrodden in our mohallas.
