🪷 A Sacred Dance Offering on the Auspicious Occasion of Janmashtami 🪷
On 4th September, at 1:00 AM, on the sacred occasion of Janmashtami, Deepam Odissi Academy had the divine privilege of presenting a Dashavatara Nritya in the holy presence of Sri Krishna and Lord Jagannath at ISKCON Temple, Durgapur. 🙏✨
The Dashavatara represents the ten divine incarnations of Lord Vishnu, through which He manifests to protect righteousness and restore Dharma whenever it declines.
Through the language of Odissi, we offered each movement, expression and rhythm at the lotus feet of the Lord—celebrating His divine forms through devotion, grace and artistry. 🦚💙
When dance becomes devotion, every movement becomes a prayer.
