आज एक महत्वपूर्ण बात साझा करना चाहता हूँ।
एक शोध के अनुसार लगभग 70% बच्चे 13 वर्ष की उम्र तक खेल छोड़ देते हैं। कारण प्रतिभा की कमी नहीं, बल्कि यह है कि खेल के दौरान उन्हें कैसा महसूस कराया जाता है।
⚽ बच्चों के साथ काम करते समय तीन बातें हमेशा याद रखें:
✅ उनकी आंखों के स्तर पर आकर बात करें। उनके ऊपर खड़े होकर नहीं, बल्कि उनके साथ बैठकर या झुककर बात करें। इससे विश्वास और जुड़ाव बढ़ता है।
✅ खुशी को लक्ष्य बनाएं। आज का लक्ष्य केवल जीतना नहीं, बल्कि किसी साथी खिलाड़ी को प्रोत्साहित करना और उसे अच्छा महसूस कराना भी होना चाहिए।
✅ परिणाम नहीं, प्रयास की प्रशंसा करें। "तुमने बहुत मेहनत की", "तुमने हार नहीं मानी", "तुमने अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ दिया" जैसे शब्द बच्चों में आत्मविश्वास और दृढ़ता विकसित करते हैं।
ट्रॉफी और पदक कुछ दिनों की खुशी देते हैं, लेकिन वह खिलाड़ी जो 16 वर्ष की उम्र तक भी खेल से प्यार करता रहे, वही हमारी सबसे बड़ी सफलता है।
हम खिलाड़ियों को केवल खेलना नहीं सिखा रहे हैं, बल्कि आत्मविश्वास, अनुशासन, सम्मान और जीवन के महत्वपूर्ण मूल्य भी सिखा रहे हैं।
