How to Practice Bhramari (The Humming Bee Breath):
1️⃣ Find Your Center: Sit comfortably with your spine tall and
shoulders relaxed.
2️⃣ The Mudra: Gently close your ears with your thumbs and place your index fingers lightly over your eyes, third fingers over your nose, ring fingers over your upper lip and little fingers over your chin.
3️⃣ Deep Inhale: Take a slow, deep breath in through your
nose.
4️⃣ The Hum: As you exhale, keep your lips closed and make a steady ‘Mmm’ humming sound-like a bee-until the breath is out.
5️⃣ Feel the Resonance: Focus on the vibration in your head
and the space between your eyebrows.
