Have you put on some weight? It seems like the last plan you followed didn't work!
What kind of boring lifestyle do you have!
Such comments can sometimes be hurtful and might stop you from achieving your goal. My clients often tell me they don't want to lose weight anymore as people around them feel they are losing the charm.
What do I tell them to do in such situations?
You ignore and keep going. It's because you are already way ahead of people making those comments. You should be the only person to decide where you want to stop.
If you want to get 6-pack abs, go and get it!
If you want to put on muscle, do that!
If you like working out for 2 hrs, continue doing that!
Your fitness goal should not be of anyone else's concern ๐๐ชโค๏ธ
